Andrew

Vicar of St Mary's, Cuddington

Andrew is our Vicar. He is married to Rebecca and they have two children. He relishes the challenge of enabling the Church to be relevant and contemporary whilst valuing its traditions.

In his spare time he is learning German, researches his family tree, and enjoys watching Formula 1 racing.

Sue

Curate

Sue is a priest, with a license to serve St.Mary's Church and the parish of Cuddington.

Sue has been involved at St Mary's since the late 1970's, including being a Sunday School teacher, a house group leader, and running TWYG (our youth group) for six years.

Christine

Ordained Licensed Minister

Christine has been ordained as a Priest to serve St Mary's

Helen

Lay Reader

Helen is the Lay Reader at St. Mary's.

Erica

Creche

Erica organises the creche on Sunday Mornings. Please get in touch with her to find out more about this, and to check that there is space.

Rachel

TWYG

Rachel coordinates the Waffles youth group.

Sunday Club

Sunday club is the secret gathering that the children go off to so they can have fun and avoid the sermon. Carolyn, Lorraine, Rona and Olga are the club leaders.

Linda

Children and Family Worker

Linda, who is already known to many of you, has been appointed part-time Children and Families worker for the Parish from January 1st. She is a trained teacher and a qualified social worker. She hopes to employ these skills, together with her already extensive knowledge of the area, to develop the church's outreach to, and partnership with, children's and family groups in the neighbourhood. Where there is a particular need, she will also work with individuals and individual families. She will be working closely with the other members of the pastoral team to help develop the church's vision for the nurturing and building up of a strong sense of community within the Parish.

Linda can be contacted via the Parish Office.

She also organises the Tot Slot.

Karl

Choirmaster and Organist

Karl is our organist and choirmaster.

Sub-organist

Rob is our sub-organist.

Churchwardens

Martin is currently the sole churchwardens at St Mary's. Please talk to him if you would like to be considered for the other position

Churchwardens are responsible for the fabric of the church and grounds and have a legal responsibilty.

They are also "The eye of the Bishop" and have long sticks for poking people who fall asleep during sermons.

Jim, Mark, Jenie and Jill

Assistant Churchwardens

Jim, Mark, Jenie and Jill are assistant churchwardens at St Mary's. They help the churchwardens and stand in for them when required.

Janet

Parish Administrator

Janet, Jill, Yvonne, Ralph and Judith

Pastoral Assistants

The pastoral team is Janet (01372 278943), Jill (020 8393 7102), Yvonne (020 8330 4033), Ralph (020 8330 2586), Judith (020 8330 5048). Each of these Pastoral Assistants at St Mary's visits, helps and befriends people around the parish.
